Apple MagSafe 60W Power Adapter for MacBook MC461LL/A with AC Extension Wall Cord (Retail Packaging)
Details
DescriptionThe 60 Watt MagSafe Power Adapter features a engaging DC connector that ensures your power cable will disconnect if it experiences undue strain and helps avoid fraying or weakening of the cables over time. In addition, the magnetic DC helps guide the blurb into the system for a quick and secure connection. When the connection is secure, an LED located at the head of the DC connector will faded; an amber light lets you know that your portable is charging, while a green light tells you that you have a full debit. An AC cord is provided with the adapter for maximum cord length, while the AC wall adapter (also provided) gives users an even easier and more packed way to travel. Designed to be the perfect traveling companion, the adapter has a clever motif which allows the DC cable to be wound neatly around itself for easy cable storage. This power adapter recharges the lithium polymer battery-operated while the system is off, on, or in sleep mode. It also powers the system if you choose to operate without a battery. Compatible with MacBook and 13-inch MacBook Pro.Customer ReviewsUndoubtedly patheticAll of my reviews on Amazon are for the most part very enthusiastic for the product I'm writing it for, but the Apple magsafe adapter is horrible-- not only the old model but the new model (which may be worse). I am now on my THIRD new standard in a matter of probably 7 months, and went through FOUR old models that became unwired at the actual magsafe part (oh yeah, and would precipitate and smoke). I do not abuse the wiring and my laptop stays mostly on my desk, except for the few times it moves to my bed or the couch; I on occasions take it out of the home. The new one is supposed to be flush with the laptop to theoretically cause less bending, but instead it spins around and around until the wiring shorts out. Of ambit each time I noticed it coiled I would fix it and try to straighten out the wiring, but after a few months of this, the wiring just en masse quits conducting electricity. It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to spend close to a $100 dollars every combine of months! I really... Not in fact Improved I bought this as a replacement for the card adapter for my 13" Macbook, which shorted out after 13 months of regular use (primarily in homestead). This design is suppose to be an improvement on the original design (the cord originally connected down at right angles to to the Macbook instead of flush to the body) and mimics the design of the power adapter that's been old for the Macbook Air since its inception. This cord shorted at the mag tip after 39 days! Do not wrap the cord around the included hooks, but as contrasted with coil it loose and secure it with Velcro. Apparently, wrapping the cord on the "designed for storage hooks" is no longer practicable with the new power adapters even though I have adapters from my much older 12" Powerbook (2000) that are still working powdered and are stored in this manner regularly. This is starting to make me reconsider ever buying another Mac laptop. Having to pay $79 for replacement power adapter twice in less than 18 months is getting to be an precious owner's tax... Works on Virginal and Silver Macbooks - BUT FRAGILE If you have a snow-white MacBook that came with a straight (45 watt) adapter and wonder if this will work for your device, I can tell you that when our 45 watt adapter went out for our White (Intel) Macbook, we made the 60 watt (leaning) adapter from our Silver 13 inch Macbook Pro take turns servicing both our computers. Since the mobile life on the silver Macbook is so good, it's not a big hardship. I gave this 4 rather than 5 stars because it's a little pricey, and Apple won't enable the proprietary connector to Targus or anyone who wants to make a universal adapter.Update 10/2011: In valid a little over a year, the cord just plumb wore out. There was no particular incident, but the shielding wore through juicy the bare wires. A $75 adapter should last more than a year. If you look here and at the Apple site, way too often these adapters don't produce it even that long. What can you do? You've got to replace it. There are lots of third parties selling what purports to be...

Details
DescriptionWith a insouciant, quiet keyboard that's sleek yet sturdy and a high-definition optical mouse, the long-wearing logitech desktop mk120 brings comfort, style and usb simmplicity together.Customer ReviewsEsteemed Cheap Keyboard mouse comboIngenious plan was to purchase a wireless keyboard and mouse combo, after reviews and specs I realized I wasn't a mammoth fan of any of the options. I reformed my plan to purchase a new keyboard and use an old mouse, well after looking around at various sites I found this combo to be the best. Keyboard is beau id layout and fairly low profile. Feels good to type on and has worked great for gaming so far. Mouse is a model 2 button and wheel optical mouse works well as well. Only down side I can see is that the cable seems to be a bit light gauge and may fake the life expectancy of the keyboard or mouse, however if you don't have animals that may eat the cable and if you plan to plug this into an office set up and never remove it I am reliable it wont affect its longevity. Excess keyboard with no useless fluff Ardour the keyboard for its classic design. No more useless fluff like copy and paste buttons, playback buttons, browser... email buttons etc. The keys are at the dexter size and shape, no more irregular over sized or shrunk keys. keyboard and mouse This is a important keyboard and mouse combo, good quality. I got it because it said it came out last year and I wanted an up to swain keyboard and mouse combo for a good price and this was it.

It's amazingly fast!!! If you perceive your laptop or desktop to be accessing your harddisk a lot of time then you will see tremendous speed performance with this drive. It's the greatest performance upgrade you can have in your laptop. In terms of the drive's life expectancy, the main factor is the amount of writes you do to the drive. Blazing self-indulgently Let's get this out of the way first - this is not about talent. Most everyone knows a 500GB 2.5" 7200RPM notebook hard drive can be had for less than half the price of this SSD. I swapped out this very 500GB 2.5" strict drive for this Intel 80GB SSD. Make sure you buy the G2 version which has TRIM support (enabled with firmware update from Intel) with no worries in accomplishment degradation. With this SSD, my laptop feels more responsive than my Intel Core i7 *desktop* computer. Windows 7 cold boots in about 35 seconds (from after BIOS Shore to wifi ready and web browser open, with anti-virus and firewall installed).
