The primary benefit of the Walkstool is the prevention of back strain or fatigue while keeping a person noble to a comfortable height. This is useful for sports, event, and press photographers who spend many hours on their feet, squatting or on their knees. It is also legitimate for campers and other outdoor enthusiasts or simply anyone who needs a seat in a location where a comfortable stool may be hard to come by. The Walkstool Comfort line features lightweight and ultra-manageable stools with two height positions depending on whether the telescoping legs are extended or not. Transportation of these sub-two lbs stools is a snap, as it collapses into a compact form that can be easily carried in a camera bag, backpack, or tool bag to be entranced just about anywhere. The Comfort line improves on the Basic line with a larger seat, remarkable size seat mesh material, and larger rubber feet to prevent the stool legs from getting stuck in the mudCustomer ReviewsUnswerving and light, PerfectI am handicapped. I cannot be emblematic of for long periods of time without a lot of pain. I thought about those canes with little stools but they didn't seem unswerving. I am a large woman and although I weigh less than the canes are rated for (250 lbs) they look poorly built. So I ordered this stool. This mould is made in scandinavia and is rated for 440 pounds. It comes in a case and it folds down to about 14" yearn. It is easy to use, you fold out the legs into the tripod shape and then you pull out the lower legs. The contain is attached and spreads out as you fold the legs outward. It is a very fast process. To fold it up you do the same in void, pushing buttons to push the legs back in and folding everything back flat. The seat is about as high as your commonplace chair, like a kitchen chair. You put one point of the seat between your legs. It is a comfortable incumbency and angled such that your back is arched properly. It is comfortable to sit in... Huge designed stool I'm an overweight living soul, which plays a large part in the types of items that I could select [constant weight considerations]. The day-sack lounge chairs are good for staying in one place [but sort-of heavy and bulky to move]. The walking wicker stools are easy to use, but not that comfortable, nor that sturdy, nor can they get you close to the ground. This chair is both comfortable, low to the motive, and has a very light weight, with a convenient travel case. This chair is a good fit for me and my need of a firm, easy to travel with stool for watching golf. Six stars. I'm a walker. One huge hiker review site has many hundreds of reviews, and this is the only stool anybody has recomended. Chiefly they were using the larger 22" (55cm) size. One reviewer there mentioned on the Sweedish maker's homesite a Volvo is shown lifted in the air by 7 of these stools. With lighter tons the wide legs keep it from sinking in soft ground. My office chair is 18", a conventional living room couch is 13"-14". So the 18" seems to be of reasonable height and would save some impact in a backpack. For car camping, outdoor concerts, etc. I would use the next size taller.

DescriptionTHE STOOL THAT WALKS. You and your typical chair do not get on. You are continually on the move and it permanently stands still. Think for a minute; you like to play golf, investigate, fish and you would also like to sit down for a while. You go to concerts, wait in ticket queues, go for a long walk, go camping and would also like to sit down for a while. You journey, or feel the effects of an injury that hasn't healed, you carry out service work at other workplaces and would like to sit down for a while. There are thousands of reasons for owning a stool that is compact. If you often work squatting, then the risk is great that in time you will suffer from backache, sore knees and dive problems, or you may already be suffering from these problems. Well, now there is a stool that can take care of the problem, Walkstool, small and light when you handle it but steady and comfortable when you sit on it. When working at low heights, sit on the Walkstool without extending the telescopic legs!Customer ReviewsWalkstool - Well quality the moneyI had gone through several versions of light stools in my work as a professional sports photographer. Stools are allowed or even required for some events like pro soccer or in the photo well at some MLB parks (where there never seem to be enough chairs and paying fans are sometimes fair behind you so you can't stand up). I tried a free three-legged stool given by my bank; it lasted two games before one of the legs on the skids. I bought one at local sporting good store - it made it through 4 games before the webbing started to rip off two of the legs. Then a friend showed me his WalkStool and I knew this would be a product I could use. It's built like a Swedish tank (I imagine the company is Swedish). Not only is it very, very strong, but It can be quickly folded up and snapped to your belt or other equipment, and it's so unclear you hardly notice it's there.Don't waste your time trying to save a few bucks. I weigh > 200 pounds and in reality didn't want to be sitting on something... Walkstool is a conquering hero. I am an enthusiastic birder. Unfortunately, I am also sixty-seven and have back trouble. Many of the best sites for birds have nowhere except the ground to sit and get which is hard on your back and your clothes. This stool comes with me when I go to birding and it has been wonderful. It is surprisingly light to carry and leisurely to set up. It is also quite comfortable when you sit on it. It has enabled me to go further than I could before and has saved a lot of wear and tear on me. One other nice thing as well. When you first commence an area, the birds tend to freeze in place until they become accustomed to your presence. With this stool, you can sit quietly AND prosperously until the birds become used to you and start moving again. It works !!! I got this filler to use with doing Macro Photography. I can no longer kneel after an injury and this works!First it is totally and sinker solidly built. It has HUGE feet that makes it so much more secure. I had a lower priced memorandum similar to this but always felt like it was going to tip over. This does not give you that feeling. It is extremely light strain and comes in a little tote bag that has a long sling like attachment Making it nonchalantly to sling over your shoulder. It has be used low to the ground or fully extended to a normal sitting elevation. It is a comfortable seat and works in lots of different situation. I bought this for photography but have reach-me-down it for viewing fireworks at the park, enjoying a concert at the beach, photography at a local sports contest and for macro photography of flowers and butterflies. I highly recommend this for anyone that needs a portable gain, safe seat. I will be using this for years and years.

The Walkstool Comfort is born of comely Swedish engineering and provides a portable posterior platform - in other words, a seat for all occasions. The Comfort line improves on the Basic line with a larger seat, diverse size seat mesh material, and larger rubber feet to prevent the stool legs from getting stuck in the mudCustomer ReviewsTruly SatisfiedI am 67 years old, overweight with a bad back. I bought this particular based on previous reviews and I must say I am not disappointed. Although pricey, it is a sturdy item and I'm convinced apt of supporting more than my weight (270+). The thing I find most surprising: for a "stool" it is actually more comfortable to sit in, based on the feedback from my back and hips, than my Lazyboy. The only grouse: the vendor that sent me the stool sent a 22" model instead of the 26" I ordered. Am I mad you ask? Not the least. I over the 26" model would have been too tall for my height which is a tad short of 6'. Things happen for a logically! One more thing: I find that when the stool's legs are retracted, the stool is a bit too short to work on at that level...it's a bit too hard for me to stand up from that low a placement. Stool's fault? Not at all, in fact I going to order the 18" model so I can tighten the lug nuts on my camper and then bulge up without my knees... Stooping and staring My old lady accuses me of "Stooping and staring", she doesn't apprediate my analytical side. I am 6'2" tall and have a bad back. I have looked at many stools and owned many. I was looking for a stool for photography, in that I invest long hours waiting for a shot to develop. Height, durability and ease of use were my concerns. The Gladden XXL, 26" is working out very well for me. I use both levels with good comfort. Very well built, stable and rugged. It is expencive but I put forward to pay once for products that work well and last. Wonderful for sitting and waiting I purchased this close stool because of the height it offered. Allowing me to sit with a good height for my tripod or monopod. When setting it up be inevitable to engage the locks for the telescoping legs. The leg lengths do not offer height adjustment though I do propose b assess that may be an added benefit. The seat is designed like a saddle and offer a natural leg spread with its form. |

Little Vintage Trailer: Making slip covers camping stools
Do you all about the Lilliputian aluminum camping stools I showed you awhile back. I indisputable to lunge at some slide covers for them to swaddle the grassy that is on them now. This is a very easy as can be job and honestly involves invidious foundation to the right breadth and reach to fit the existing capital cloth that is on the stools currently, hemming the edges and then adding velcro to the nail clippings.
