Don't buy any. They won't toil.
Hi, I bought this cogitative it would be an easy and cheap fix. I lost my power cord and I really needed a new one. The adaptor worked unprofessionally for 4 or 5 days. If there was any stress on the connection to the dell power jack the power connection would be lost. Then it wholly stopped working. I took a voltmeter and I can see that the unit is delivering power to the output pin (23 Volts), but I think about the pin actually doesn't fit into dell jack. I'm thinking that the manufactures chose the wrong center pin diameter. The utensil is faulty by design, so that is likely why they are trying to sell them so cheap. Basically, I think it is waste that the manufacturers are trying to unload to recoup costs. Anyway given the shipping costs and the honorarium of the item it doesn't make sense for me to fight with the vendor to get a refund. Don't get this one. Pay more and get...
Exceptionally disappointed with this product
I bought this AC Adapter jotting thinking it would be a low cost fix in lieu of an OEM DELL 90W replacement Laptop AC adapter. Shortly after 90 days, the power gear up got so hot the plastic melted on the adapter itself. I noticed the burning plastic smell and my laptop completely froze up, the laptop keep out itself down to prevent it's own damage from the defective AC plug. Nice safety feature from Dell. It was a good affair I didn't fall asleep yet because my house might have caught on fire. Do not buy this adapter! I think the guests should know about this defective product and it would be nice if there is some recourse or exception they could make since there is danger elaborate with this product. I would return both adapters but I am passed the return policy. Also the chord was too setting aside, always had to be really close to a plug which was annoying.

Delight the Price!
Since I only paid $300 for my laptop, I was not thrilled with the prices I was pronouncement for a replacement charger. I was very excited to find one for such a low price at Amazon. This charger works perfect and I am not out almost a third of what I from the start paid for my laptop!! The part that went bad on mine was the end that plugs into the laptop, so I was able to keep the original power cord since the one that does finish in the money b be with it is short.
Works laudatory
My relate to with buying an aftermarket charger was that it would damage my battery life... Many months later it hasn't done a lone bad thing to my battery. This is a great alternative!

Smashing price and great product
I bought this for my old dell inspiron 5100 laptop. It works Well-known and it was a great price. Dell wanted to charge me 60 bucks for another one after it finally gave out. I favour this product.

Doesn't give the proper power for a Dell 5100!!
The element arrived on time but I had to return it because it actually doesn't meet the power requirements of the Dell 5100. This power replenish is 70 watts and the laptop needs 90 watts.My computer gives me warnings that it is not charging correctly. Also the interface to the computer is too down. I sent this thing back for a refund.
Works admirable for Inspiron 4100
Due thought I'd add my voice and say I just received one of these and plugged it into an Inspiron 4100 and it works top-drawer, so it appears that 70w is sufficient for this laptop. I rated 3 stars since I believe the seller should indicate that the supply is only 70w and therefore is misleading about this equipping's ability to power other models that require 90w, but my experience so far is fine for my system.
