This recollection is great for my new MBP 2011, i5 13", also when Mac OS detects 8 Gb of memory, the graphic memory increases up to 512 Mb (from the initial 384 Mb w/ the integrated intel hd3000 chip)

Works on a February 2011 MacBook Pro 15 inch
Plugged it in, put the back hide back on, fired it up holding down the D key to run the memory test. Memory test ran OK. Restarted."About This Mac" shows "Reminiscence 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3."Note: After removing 10 screws, the back cover remains retained by two susceptible clips near the center. Pry it up gently and it pops off.
Artistic memory for a new 2011 Mac Mini
I nothing but purchased a new 2011 base model Mac Mini with 2GB of memory. Instead of paying Apple the $300 they yearn for to upgrade the memory to 8GB I searched Amazon and found this option for one fifth the price. I'm not a "tech guy" but removing the two 1GB cards that came installed in the Mac and replacing them with these two 4GB was hands down completed in less than five minutes. Everything is running smoothly with no problems to date.

Performs well on my Mac Mini
I bought this as a DIY upgrade for my Mac Mini (domestic Mid 2011, i5 @ 2.3GHz, 2 GB DDR3 RAM).The RAM fits correctly and has noticeably improved the performance of my machine. Swearing-in was a little tricky because of the confined working area inside the Mini's case. Later I got both sticks to fit into their slots and clipped down. Overall the install took less than five minutes -- nothing to grind over. I booted into OS-X (Lion 10.7.1) without any issues and the 8 GB showed up in 'About This Mac' immediately.I highly recommend this result, especially if you're a DIYer and want to save some money on your Mac Mini RAM upgrades.

Champion! My 27" iMac SCREAMS with this additional RAM added!
As worn out, Crucial does not disappoint! I have never had a problem with any Crucial product. They are the best!FYI, If you own a computer with one of the newest i3, i5, or i7 processors, you Shortage extra RAM! The new Intel processors, while fast, are very RAM hungry! My previous iMac (a mid 2007 24" model with a 2.8Ghz Centre2 Duo processor) only had 4GB of RAM (the max it takes), but did just fine. I never expected that a computer could ever possibly need more RAM than that.But, after I loaded all the same programs onto my new 27" iMac with a 3.2Ghz i3 dual pith processor (using Apple's migrate utility), I was shocked to find that it was running MUCH SLOWER than my old iMac, with the same amount of RAM installed as my old one (4GB)! Gifted Memory From Corsair, As Usual
Does your Mac only have 4GB of RAM? Upgrading the homage in your system is still one of the quickest and easiest ways to boost its performance. Buying it from a memory company rather than of Apple will save you TONS of money. Though, unlike high performance desktop remembrance, there aren't as many distinguishing factors when considering which SODIMM to buy. Top Product, & Easy to Install
I have tempered to lots of Memory modules over the years, and Corsair has come to be one of my top choices when making a edge. I recently obtained the Corsair [Apple Approved] 8GB Dual Channel DDR3 1066 PC3-8500 DDR3 Thought for my Macbook Pro 13" (Late 2009 - 2010 model). The memory itself worked on boot up no issues, and as far as the consecration on the macbook pro, its not so bad. Granted the install is a lot different than that of the white MacBooks, but it is still pretty simple. All that is required is a peewee screwdriver and some patience. There are many tutorials on how to do this on Youtube, pretty much its as simple as removing 10 smidgin screws (I would highly recommend keeping them in order, as at least 3 of the screws are longer and must go back in specific holes) and having somewhere to diggings them safe so they don't fall or get lost. ** Of course as always due care is required when touching or varying components inside your computer, things like a simple static charge...

MacBook Pro Honour Upgrade
I've been looking into upgrading my MacBook Pro from 4GB to 8GB for some pass. When I saw a deal on this, it was a no-brainer. When it arrived, I removed the existing memory from my laptop and replaced it with the Corsair, turned on the computer and it worked. Above-board as that.
