    The Pre-eminent at a Price
No one is fooling themselves here. We're all sensitive this isn't a value priced monitor or a best bang for the buck item. But as of Nov-Dec of 2010, this is one of the foremost out there for pure picture quality. It's regrettable that Apple currently elects to have only one choice for prepositor size, but it IS an excellent size for any professional who is looking to shell out a grand. For some reason, IPS panels (the panel technology behind this array) have maintained their higher prices in this resolution/size range. Usually Apple's products maintain a bit extra for what you get, but compared to the rest of the market, they're actually setting right with everyone else.If you're a PC user and are looking for a comparable cathode-ray tube screen to this one, consider Dell's UltraSharp U2711. It will have the connections you need without needing an adapter to get the mini array port working. If you're looking for the budget version of this monitor, look up HP's ZR22w...
Where have you been all my viability?
Having Euphemistic pre-owned PCs and Macs for the better part of two decades, I've seen it all. Let me just say this is by far the best display I've had the pleasure of using.Pros:It's an IPS sieve (versus TN, PVA or MVA) meaning you'll see incredibly good viewing angels and consistent color. PVA screens are egregious too (avoid TN and MVA) but IPS still has the edge. It's a glossy screen, meaning there's no sparkly anti-glare coating blurring tiny fonts and other details. Colors pop, even the tiniest of details are easily visible. I love it.It has a telescope screen (gorilla glass?), so it's very easy to clean and very hard to scratch.Speakers are among the worst for built in speakers, which isn't saying much, but they're easily better than some larger TVs.Cons:While I despise shady antiglare coated displays, there's no denying that glare is a problem under certain conditions.Displayport is the ONLY input. I'm using the...
Massive Match for the Mac Pro
I got this watchdog specifically to use with my Apple Mac Pro. I got this after returning the popular Dell U2711 IPS display which uses almost the same panel due to the grainy anti-radiance coating. I was really bent on a matte display due to my need to use my Mac for photo and video editing. Once calibrated aptly with my iOne Display, the display looks amazing. Colors are saturated yet still accurate with tolerable shadow detail. Text is crisp which was an issue with the Dell. Glare will be a problem if you don't have the option of repositioning this without a window or obscure behind you. I have no glare issues as I have my monitor infront of the window so light shines on the back of it. I also have my shades tired when I do serious photo or video work and only leave on a single desk lamp.PROs:1) Beaming display with vivid and saturated colors if you do a good hardware calibration of the screen2) Amiable aesthetics when combined with other Apple hardware (MacBook Pro,...

    Owing PRODUCT!
I'm already a mountainous fan of Ergotron products going back to when I used to design and install computer rooms and data centers. So, when the heretofore came for me to buy something for my home office, I did shop a bit but always came back to Ergotron. Last year I purchased the LX Dual Desk Mount Arm to substructure a 22" Samsung monitor and my Apple MacBook Pro 15". This setup has been awesome, providing me with a dual-check out feature that is really a time saver.I want to provide some key information to anyone considering this thingumajig that I think will help you decide.1) I purchased this arm concerned it may not support the weight of the Apple iMac 27" computer. The computer with the forged weighs in at 30.5 lbs and without the base is ~27.5 lbs. so based on the math, I'm well within the weight range of the MX Arm spec. That being said, since I already knew how to accustom oneself to my LX Dual Arm setup, I found the MX to be identical in adjustment and fitment capability...
    VERY impressed
This is one of those rare items "these duration" that is just more than you expected all around. It's very well designed and works amazingly well with my 27" monitor. I purchased one that was around as expensive for my wife's 24" iMac about two years ago and it is a joke compared to this beast. Lets put it this way, If someone tippet this one and the price for a new one had gone up to $350.00 I wouldn't even think twice about buying it again.
Skilful ergo arm, and great looking too!
I ordered this for the Samsung 2433 lcd record. It holds the monitor perfectly. One thing to note as it isn't crystal clear in the installation instructions, once you fix the monitor you HAVE to adjust the tension or the arm just falls down. Once I realized that and adjusted the tension, it performed immaculately. I could probably work upside down with this thing. Did I mention it LOOKS great as well? It is very functional but also very fashionable. I recommend this for "heavier" monitors or all-in-one computers that weigh up to 30 pounds.

    Inimitable for my need
This stick out was perfect for my Dell flatscreen. Although it is plastic, it is very sturdy and the price was very reasonable compared to others I looked at.
Works gigantic with my 28" LCD monitor
I use it with my Hanns-G 28" guardian since it can not be raised or lowered. It holds up it's weight and size just fine.
    Carry out stand
Verbatim as advertised. A perfect fit for my small LCD. The ability to adjust its height was just what I was looking for.

The sexiest all-in-one computer has prolonged been the iMac, and last year’s 24-inch copy was a attractiveness. But oh my Nobleman, the new 27-inch mechanism induces insane avidity.
