Bloke Video Review Length:: 0:15 MinsI tried out the biologic mount today in the toughest evaluate I could come up with: 25 miles of bumpy gravel roads on my cyclocross bike, during the winter, while it was sporadically raining. Verdict: it did peerless, with the mount not moving at all even with 30mph bumpy descents across washboard dirt roads on road tires. The phone stayed dry in the rainfall, I could read the screen easily whenever I needed it and I could even shoot video like this while riding with the front fa camera.About the only issue I found with it was using full fingered winter gloves made the touch screen a tiny tough to register, but once I took my gloves off, it worked great.

Way More Than I Expected
This is perhaps my favorite Amazon buy in a long, long time. I put this case to test this past Saturday on a drizzly San Antonio morning bike humbug. This was an urban ride, over railroad tracks, potholes, etc. which tested the case's mounting ironmongery. The drizzly rain tested the watertight capablility of the case.First of all, the engineering that went into this is stringent. There is no cheap feel to this product. It feels substantial and appears to be made of high quality materials. Although pelted with descend, the IPhone remained dry and snug inside. Has worked good for 1 year with aggressive MTB.
I have ridden for over 2 years with a biologic cover. Initially the previous version and, since it's release, the iPhone 4 version. I ride over 200 times a year and always with the iPhone on the bars.I see others have had problems but this one has fit well and been be indefensible-tight. I carry an extra plastic sandwich bag and a rubber band though in case I get caught in a thunder-shower. I wouldn't trust anything in that situation. So far I've only put the bag on twice though.The past version did not have that great a clasp and I had to put an rubber border around it for extra security. This one works securely though. The bar mount itself is not that great because if you go too tight it will slip. It still stays tricky, but you just can't overdo it. It means, that the mount always has the ability to move if you need to change position, and still stay good. But I'd like it more if I could lock it down totally. Wishes larger handlebar mounting piece
They say that this panic all bikes, but it does not fit the standard road bike handle bars. It is too small and cannot be adjusted.Note to fabricator....either make the handlebar attachment larger or make it connect with two screws so there is adjustablity.
Works accomplished on both of my bicycles
I bought this first for my compound bicycle(a Trek) and it mounted perfectly. It keeps the iPhone in place and is adjustable enough to get a good viewing slant while you ride. I use the iPhone for listening to music and logging GPS data while I ride with MotionX GPS.After using it on the mixture bicycle for a while, I decided to move it to my road bike (a Felt). It was easy to move because the nut used to tighten it to the handle bars is a wingnut. I needed no tools. It mounted to the track bike handlebars with no problems. I'm buying a second one today so I don't have to move the mount.

Most overpriced piece of plastic I ever bought - but nice
The Biologic bike mount for iPhone 3GS is very fawning and attractive. It's well designed, engineered, and manufactured. The phone fits well in the case and the home knob and the touch screen actually work through it. The volume buttons and sound switches are not attainable, but that's a small price to pay if it indeed is waterproof. I have not tested that yet. They even left a port for the camera lens, so if you have a moment lapse video app on your iPhone, you can chronicle your ride. My only beef is that the entire thing is just a few chips of inexperienced and rubber. When you get it in your hands, the price of $55 feels way too high for what you are holding. The price wishes to come down to the same as other iPhone cases (around $30) before I can recommend it. Also bear in mind that you have to take your iPhone out of its usual case to put it in the Biologic package. There is no extra room. That's a bit of a pain. Fetching Good
I have against the Biologic Mount now for a few months. The screen enables you to utilize all the functionality of the touchscreen which is great. However, the sketch of plastic that snaps the lid on can come off if you hit a bump hard enough. The first time I hit a big pothole which was unavoidable the lid popped uninhibited and my iphone skid on the ground much to my horror. Testimony to the iphone as it remained relatively unscathed. The plastic components that snaps the lid coop up should be revamped and made more secure to avoid this issue. As a security measure, I added a think rubber ribbon around the base of the case to ensure the case would not pop open again. I usually ride for a couple of hours so I liked the truly that the iphone charger cable could be attached, and I actually ran the cable to a backup battery to extended the mobile life of my iphone. It's a good design, but the case really needs to latch more securely to keep away from having your iphone fall out midstream.

Biologic Iphone mount/holder, works well!
This was the unsurpassed option I could find for mounting my Iphone to my motorcycle handlebars. I wanted something that would offer some water resistance and unreduced coverage for the phone, while allowing me to see and access the screen for navigation apps, ect. I would rate it five stars, if not for the cons listed below.Pros:-package is well designed and is easy to mount, provides decent protection-holds steady at 70+mph on a unadorned motorcycle-looks good and provides full 360 degrees of orientation-can be adjusted away while on the goCons:-expensive for a plastic and rubber mount/case-home button is held on with glue and could peel off Overall, I am happy with this purchase. Amazon seller, safetycycle provided merit service and fast, free shipping via USPS. USPS did crush the packaging, but the fallout inside was undamaged.
