I can industry outside!!
I vocation from home and desperately want to be able to bring my laptop outside this summer and work from the comfort of my patio but as we all positive, sunlight and laptop screens do not mix. I scoured the internet looking for something to shade my screen and finally settled on this offering mainly because it was one of the cheaper options and low and behold the cheaper one WORKS!!! It blocks out the sun from every viewpoint (except dead on of course) and I can see my screen! It suits my needs perfectly and I love that it collapses for even storing in a little round case. Thumbs up!
Another awful product from GoPro
The illustrate says it all. Notice the glares from the indoor lighting reflecting off of the iphone and the macbook pro's aluminum anyway a lest? Yet no glare coming from the Macbook Pro's 17" LCD screen.In a nutshell, I can't leave home without my new laptop shade. Excessive product for photographers who works outdoor. This product is also ideal for graphic designers who shortage to reduce glaring caused by indoor lighting or those who prefer a little privacy at effort.This shade works even better than the 3M privacy or anti- glare screen protector with a price tag of $139. Adroit screen protector - easy to install, a bit pricey though...
This is a seemly laptop screen protector. I've had a screen protector on all of my laptops, cell phones, ipods, etc and this ranks up there with the superlative screen protectors I've used.This is a thick film protector, not a cheap thin film rip-off. Does a consequential job of reducing glare too!Here's how you want to install it for best results:1) clean you screen well2)transfer the backing to the screen protector (layer 1) about 1/4 of the way on one side3) line up that side side with the edge of your movies4) let the screen protector just sort of apply itself as you slowly remove the backingIf you get any froth just lift back the screen protector as your applying it and re-apply. For those nasty little dust particles that make sure on the screen and create bubbles, peel back the screen protector a little to expose where the dust is and use a unite of scotch tape to remove the dust(tap the tape on the screen and the backside of...

It works as expected
This artifact greatly improves the capability to use your computer outside.Of course it does not make a miracle, it is still hard to see the video shroud, however it becomes not reflexive, so you don't se yourself on the screen. This is what I was expecting from the product so I rate it well.It needs some patience to install the earmark in the screen and eliminate bubbles, you just need to dedicate some time to this task.

Fine fantastic product, but beware dust
It went on easy as pie, and looks as if it isn't even there. But be forewarned each little speck of dust will leave a 1/4" diameter bubble on the camouflage. I have 3, and hope i'll get used to it soon. =)

Verdant Onion Anti-Glare Screen
First I must unburden you this product is fantastic IF you can get through the installation process. If you purchase this product, please go to [...] and scroll to the bottom of the strainer BEFORE you begin to install it. READ VERY CAREFULLY, and pay particular attention to the third picture/instruction that tells you to use scotch spool to remove any residual dust that may get on your computer screen after you have wiped it with the micro fiber cloth included with the anti-glare shroud. Do this prior to trying to install the screen and I don't think you will have many problems. Why this is not stressed in the directions included in the package when it arrives is beyond me. I could have saved a lot of exertion and stress had I known about the scotch tape part before I started installing it. Now that it is installed I love it though and it is so much easier on the eyes than that glarey protection. Good Luck!!

Genuinely not that hard to install
I bought this because I needed an anti-glare clean for my Dell XPS15 laptop. This isn't as good as some I've seen for standalone monitors, but it does decrease glare enough that I'm not getting headaches anymore.It doesn't unreservedly fill the screen. There's a 1-2 mm gap along two edges, but it covers most, and really is invisible when the laptop is on.Installation seems to be difficult for some. I about they changed the method since this was released. They do have two sets of instructions, which is confusing. One set is overall instructions, and another set is for use of an on-and-off dust protector and needs to be followed a couple of steps in, until going back to the other instructions. Offensively what you have to do is:Clean the screen. They mention using tape toward the end but I did that first, then wiped off the screen with the cloth they stipulate. Then you put the dust protector down. Basically it's like a big piece of tape that keeps...

pros :1. Amazon ships them very swiftly2. instructions are provided clearlycons :1. even though you have right instruction this thing is very hard to be correctly set on paravent2. it is slightly smaller probably than my screen , so I am not satisfied. it is off by couple of millimeters in all side.3. when I was installing it was transmittable all the dirt, so you would always see air bubble. But if you use tapes to clean as written on the instruction it cleans the dirt. but once you unwrap the bullshit it is very difficult to clean in different spot.4. It is probably doing its job as anti-glare , somehow i theoretical it will help prevent reflection but it does not. it may not be a cons. but when i paid 25$ for this one i expected i will get anti glare , anti reflexion coating on my glossy laptop.
